PARA COLOMBIANOS RESIDENTES EN IRLANDA
Started on 1955 this contest can probably no longer be viewed simply as a commercial sponsorship, it has acquired the status of an institution and it is a testament to the enduring innocence of childhood and to the power and inventiveness of a child's imagination. To enter, you must be under 19 years of age by Friday, 27th February 2009 and you must be resident on the island of Ireland. You may enter up to two pieces of artwork. Your entry can be about anything that interests you. Your entry should not be smaller than A4 (29.7cm x 21.0cm) or larger than A2 (59.4cm x 42.0cm). You may use any type of paper, white, coloured, rough or smooth. The work that you submit may be drawn or painted in pencil, charcoal, pen and ink, crayon, pastel, watercolour, gouache, acrylics, oils, poster colour and collage.
